Facility/Capacity

Spring Hill is located on a broad hill overlooking 60 acres of privately-owned evergreen forest, rolling meadows, and the beautiful waterfront of Knight's Pond.  Our venue is spectacular for outdoor wedding ceremonies and provides a perfect setting for your special day - in any season.

 

Our Main Ballroom features a seating capacity of 175, a large dance floor, breathtaking views, and a private walk-out deck.  Our Ballroom can be rented during the day or evening.  We include an adjoining sunroom that can seat 40 people.  This increases our capacity to over 200.

 

For more intimate receptions, we offer our dining room with a seating capacity of 60.  This room includes a fireplace and has all the amenities of the Ballroom, complete with a private walk-out deck, in a cozier setting.  Since this room is also our restaurant, it can only be rented in the morning or afternoon.

 

Outdoor receptions can have an unlimited number of guests.

 


Deposit & Booking

Should you desire to have your wedding reception at Spring Hill, we require a $1000 deposit to confirm your date.  Six months prior to your wedding date, we require an additional partial payment of $1000.  The final guarantee of guests attending is needed 10 days prior to your event.  Click here to view our complete event policy statement.

Includes...

Hall Rental:  Includes our Ballroom, attached Sunroom, and large private deck.  Rooms and tables arranged for you according to agreed-upon setup/layout.

Setup & Cleanup:  All tables fully set up with china, glassware and silverware.  Cleanup charges included.

Linen:  Table settings include linens, with a wide variety of colors to choose from.

Bar:  A fully stocked bar with certified bartenders to serve your guests.  Your choice of open or cash bar.

Coffee, Tea & Water:  We provide coffee, tea and ice water for your guests.

Cake Cutting:  Your wedding cake will be cut and placed on serving trays.  A cake knife will be provided if desired.

Ceremonies:  You are welcome to hold your ceremony at any number of beautiful spots on our grounds at no charge.

 


Extra Services

Wedding Ceremony Chairs:  We will provide chairs for your wedding ceremony for $2/per chair.  We'll set up your chairs for you for $0.50/chair.

Toast:  We will provide champagne, and sparkling cider for your guests who do not or cannot have champagne, for $2/pp.

Soda & Non-Alcoholic Service:  Soda and other non-alcoholic beverages are available through the bar, but may also be offered as a complimentary service to your guests for $2/pp.

Rehearsal Dinners:  We offer a fine dining restaurant, with a separate room for private rehearsal dinners.

Wedding Showers:  We have three rooms available, depending on the size of the party and your personal preference.

Spring Hill boasts two classically-trained gourmet chefs who pride themselves on using only the freshest local ingredients.  Personalize your menu from our chefs' suggested buffet menus below, or create your own unique fare.  Impress your guests with a raw bar, Maine lobster, or Prime Rib.  Give your menu a personal touch by incorporating a favorite family recipe.  Create a brunch menu to give a morning reception an elegant touch.  Or add some variety with a theme reception such as a luau, a chef-presented pasta bar, or a selection of fine international cuisine to make your event unique.  Your menu possibilities are unlimited!

 

Full service plated entrées are always available instead of a buffet, upon request.  These can be created from any menu below, or tailored to your specific taste.

Includes a full presentation of Domestic and International cheeses, fresh fruit, crackers, crisp vegetables, dip, assorted canapés, and baked brie for your guests as they arrive.
